Its ground floor features an open plan kitchen coupled with a dining/living room and a spacious bathroom. There is a comfortable double bedroom with a private sea front balcony and an interior staircase leading from the living room up to a second bedroom with access to the roof garden. A fourth guest can also be accommodated with an extra bed on the loft bedroom if necessary.
