The residence has 3 suites.

 AGORA SUITE 55 sqm: This suite has a traditional Cretan character. Beautiful Mediterranean skylights illuminate the whole dining room and kitchen area. The living room gets ample light from the traditional Kiosk windows that overlook Rethymno's Old Town agora and the Greek Orthodox Metropolis church. A wooden staircase leads up to the loft bedroom and grants access to our boutique hotel roof garden, overlooking Rethymno town and the Cretan archipelagos. A third guest can be accommodated with an extra bed in the living room area if necessary.


 SEA VIEW SUITE 60 sqm. Beautiful Rethymno bay sea views and relaxed style.This suite is located in the middle level of the residence. Its ground floor features an open plan kitchen coupled with a dining/living room and a spacious bathroom. There is a comfortable double bedroom with a private sea front balcony and an interior staircase leading from the living room up to a second bedroom with access to the roof garden. A fourth guest can also be accommodated with an extra bed on the loft bedroom if necessary.


 SEA PANORAMA SUITE 100sqm : A spacious, luxurious  stylish two bedroom holiday suite, located at the top level of the residence, offering unobstructed views of the Cretan sea, the marina of Rethymno  the beautiful newly renovated Rethymno beach promenade. The ground floor consists of a spacious living/dining room and a beautiful open plan kitchen and a sea view balcony restored in the traditional Cretan architecture. An interior staircase leads up to the upper level where you will find the bathroom and two spacious bedrooms with double beds. Two more guest (max 6) can be accommodated with a double sofa bed in the office area between the bedrooms if necessary.


 The property has a licence from the Greek Tourism office and operates as an apart hotel from 2011. It is a top accommodation with the highest ratings on line for Crete and Greece. It operates all year, gives a gross income up to 100.000 per year and employs only one cleaning lady 4h a day (part time). Has no reception or other common areas to require other staff.  It is fully air-conditioned and has a central solar water heating system on the roof as well as electric heated tanks in each apartment.
